1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThredSonr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThredSonr is a tool that monitors Reddit for high-intent leads based on keywords and subreddits you configure, and generates AI-crafted reply suggestions. The Service scrapes publicly available Reddit content and processes it through AI models to produce sales-pitch drafts.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Reddit's Terms of Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content of any messages, pitches, or replies you send based on suggestions generated by the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle account.

5. Intellectual Property

ThredSonr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the ThredSonr team and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer — "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ThredSonr does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific purpose.
• AI-generated reply suggestions will be appropriate, effective, or comply with any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ThredSonr, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any damages arising from the scraping of third-party content (including Reddit).
• Any damages resulting from messages, pitches, or communications you send based on suggestions generated by the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service itself. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
