• Name — used to personalize your dashboard.
• Profile picture (avatar) — used to personalize your dashboard.

We do not collect your Google Contacts, emails, Drive files, or any other Google API data beyond the basic profile information listed above.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email and profile information are used solely to:

• Create and manage your ThredSonr account.
• Send you email notifications when we discover high-intent leads matching your criteria.
• Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.

3. Data Sharing & Limited Use Requirements

ThredSonr's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with any advertising platforms, data brokers, or other services. Your information is stored securely and is only accessible to you and the ThredSonr platform for the purpose of providing our service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (including your monitoring rules and discovered leads) is permanently erased from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled securely via Google OAuth 2.0, and we issue time-limited JWT tokens.
